Liberty Property Trust Adds Two New Leases and Renews a Third in Atlanta Market
Atlanta, GA – June 10, 2019 - Liberty Property Trust finalized three leases in the Atlanta market in April, for a total of 174, 589 square feet of space.
In Forest Park, Southwest Airlines has renewed its lease at 2000 Southpointe Drive. The tenant has been at the location since 1999 (previously known as Airtran Airways) and occupies 91,250 square feet of the building.
Rivacold Americas, Inc. has signed a new lease for 73,635 square feet of space 3535 Gravel Springs Road Extension in Buford. The company will move into the space in June. Ryan Blackburn at Foundry Commercial represented the tenant, and Nathan Anderson of NAI Brannen/Goddard represented Liberty.
In Tucker, Bell Flooring has renewed its 9,704 square foot space at 5111 South Royal Atlanta Dr. Brent Weitnauer of Avison Young represented the tenant.
“Second quarter has started out strong and we anticipate that activity will increase as we head to summer and the market further tightens,” said Steve Rowley, Liberty vice president and market officer in Georgia.
